Hi I recently broke my right foot and am having a very hard time sleeping. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get comfortable so I can get some sleep? It does not hurt much and it throbs a little, is still all bruised and so my toes can not be covered as it rubs on the sheet and is sore. Please help. Mrs. Harvey

Hi everyone has anyone had a broken calcaneus. I am having quite a hard time with mine and would like to talk to someone else who has had this broken as well. My foot is still casted and it has now been 8 weeks and it is still pretty tender and swollen. Is this normal? Can anyone help me please? Mrs. Harvey

TRY PROPING IT UP ON A PILLOW THAT SHOULD HELP THE SWELLING GO DOWN, AND TRY TO STAY OFF OF YOUR FOOT. HOPE THIS HELP'S.
