Re:quick weight lose.

The South Beach Diet will accomplish this. I lost 12lb in 2 weeks mostly on my hips and stomach.

Good Luck

I lost five pounds last month by drinking fiber. I drink one serving 30 min before i eat. It not only helped me lose the weight but, it suppressed my hunger as well. Now I take it every so often still, but still only eat so much now. Razzer

This is what I will be starting in the second week Jan 2006. No more diet pills, I did what they said to do, exercise is the most important part, and all of them said you can lose without even trying to exercise. Dont believe them, while your looking for the best to help you lose, they make a good living off of ya, and sometimes the side effects can hurt you.

Hello all, just wanted to let you know that if you stay away from the following, the weight will be coming off if you stick with it:
bread, sugar, soft drinks, candy, chips, crackers, switch to soymilk (no cows milk), margarine in moderation (no butter), eat small portions of food at each meal.
Eat alot of vegetables (steamed, & stirfried in olive oil, small amount of oil), drink alot of water, if you eat meats (turkey ground, make burgers or scramble it with seasonings), salads, alot of fruits FRESH only.
NO deli meats, or salads (potato, pasta, coleslaw/they contain too much salt, & other chemicals that we don't want in our diets.)
I hope this helps you, any questions let me know. I am new on these forums, but not new to the club. I just found out about these forums, & chat rooms. I intend to stay with the forums, hoping I can help people, & get interesting facts for myself, also.
HAPPY NEW YEAR Smiler
